BAFFLESORBA™ suspended noise absorbers are constructed of open-cell melamine resin-based foam. The foam exhibits special qualities such as its intricate three-dimensional web structure composed of thin strands which make the material easy to form.

These qualities result in a material that possesses excellent absorption characteristics for optimal noise reduction.

BAFFLESORBA™ are lightweight high performance baffles to help absorb acoustic noise control in buildings.

These are partiicularly useful in situations where the roof space has a multitude of various services. Not only are excellent acoustic results achieved in this way, but aesthetically innovative solutions are created.

Typical uses are in schools, swimming pools, leisure centres, exhibition areas, offices, studios and other internal building areas.

BAFFLESORBA's core material is white. Other colour coating options are available for orders exceeding 100 units. Prior colour sampling is required. Variations in colour cannot be completely excluded.

Absorber ECO

The innovative ECO hanging system absorber represents a revolution in industrial noise absorption. The BAFFLESORBA ECO Absorbers are hung in rows by means of steel cables which are suspended horizontally between two walls.

The absorbers are strung onto the steel cables from the wall outwards, so there is no need any more for scaffolding during installation.

Rondo Absorber

The well-rounded solution for noise absorption. BAFFLESORBA Rondo can be hung both vertically and horizontally using commercially available hanging supports.

Due to its low weight, BAFFLESORBA Rondo units can easily be dismounted and remounted when maintenance work is being conducted.

Plano T Absorber

Noise absorber elements featuring T groove cut for hanging from a 24mm T track (not included).

Because of its simple hanging installation, the BAFFLESORBA Plano T Absorber can be installed in a variety of ways and in a variety of application areas where due to structural considerations, it is not possible to adhere absorber material directly to ceilings and walls.

Wetroom Absorber

This top of the line noise absorption product is specially designed to fulfil the stringent hygienic requirements set out by the beverage, foodstuff and pharmaceutical industries.

BAFFLESORBA Wetroom Absorbers are resistant to bacteria and are fibre free. Due to its low weight and easy installation, the absorber can be utilised in a wide variety of situations and can be adapted to suit various construction requirements. Cleaning of the absorbers may be conducted using high pressure water jet.

Building Material Classification

Fire rating is Class 0 in accordance with BS476. The material is available to fulfil especially stringent building material classification requirements.
